Shipping

We ship with USPS & FEDEX.

We offer multiple options where possible. Your choice is important and will impact your delivery speed.

We ship Monday-Friday from Chandler Arizona USA. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day but we reserve the right for up to 2 business days processing in periods of high demand (or when we all go to a Yo-Yo Event!)

International Customers are responsible for all Taxes and duties charged by their government. Refusal to pay taxes may lead to forfeiture of shipping fees.

Shipping speeds are NOT guaranteed. Delays do occur, unfortunately we cannot control this. For USPS First Class we do not consider a package lost unless tracking fails to update for 30 days. FEDEX usually will not let a package sit for 48hrs and are much more responsive so delays are usually resolved within 48hrs.

Orders ship Monday to Friday.
